Cowra Library runs baby Rhyme Time

Join us at Cowra Library for 1, 2 Books - now called Baby Rhyme Time - during school terms, to give you the skills to read and interact with your child with reading and language every day.

Come along to Cowra Library for:

Cowra Library Baby Rhyme Time

0 - 3 years

Wednesdays 10.30am - 11am.

Carers who spend time reading to their children create nurturing relationships, which is important for a child's cognitive, language and social-emotional development.

Reading aloud and talking about pictures and words in age-appropriate books can strengthen your baby's language skills, literacy development and parent-child relationships.

Children who are read to during infancy and their preschool years have better language skills when they start school, are more interested in reading and are ready for learning.

We encourage everyone to read age-appropriate books to children and to make it fun! Cowra Library has books, games, rhymes, songs and craft.
