In less than a month, defending premiers Canowindra will commence their back-to-back title bid on October 19 when the 2024/25 Molong Cricket Association season begins.
Last years champions will play Magpies at home in round 1 before another home match against Cudal the following week. The season will wrap up on March 15.
This season will consist of two rounds of 40 over cricket and four matches of Twenty20. There will be a break over Christmas and a general bye on Australia Day as well with representative cricket also a feature for some.
Canowindra who have claimed two titles since entering the Molong Cricket Association five seasons ago won last years decider with a close victory over Molong Country at Canowindra. Whether they can make history remains to be seen but they will need all their big guns to fire from the outset.
Now they are on the hunt for a third and oif last years form of Traves, Breen and co is anything to go by, who'd bet against them?
