Cowra junior and former Orange CYMS all-rounder Mac Webster has been selected for the NSW Bush Blues to play in the Toyota Australian Cricket Championships in South Australia’s Barossa Valley.
The championships, which commenced on January 3 run through until this Saturday, January 11, 2025.
Webster, who is currently playing for Gordon in the Sydney Grade competition was selected for the Bush Blues after taking part in the NSW Country Championships carnival as part of the Riverina squad.
Having scored a touch over 200 runs and claiming 12 wickets at an average of 21.17, before Christmas Webster said he was reasonably pleased with his individual form ahead of this month’s championships.
More than 250 players from regional areas have converged on the picturesque Barossa region the national titles.
