COWRA COMMUNITY MARKETS

Sid Kallas Oval, 8:30am - 12:00pm

​​The Cowra Community Markets are held every third Saturday of every month at Sid Kallas Oval with a wide variety of local fresh produce, diverse stallholders and local buskers. Each month at their Markets you can find locally grown fruit and veg, eggs, honey, oils and other pantry staples. They also have home baked bread, cakes, slices and biscuits, homemade preserves, homewares and gift ideas, clothing, candles, plants, collectables and bric-a-brac, tea and coffee, and much more.

LEARN TO PLAY BOWLS

Join friendly staff at the Age of Fishes Museum Canowindra on the frist Friday of every month for some fun, hands on science lessons! Each month, the little fishes' study a new topic.

Perfect for curious minds and little adventurers, this fun and educational session is sure to spark creativity and wonder.

The Heart Collectors are returning to the Rosnay cellar door to celebrate the 2025 Grape Harvest on the evening of 28 February, 5.30 to 9.30pm. Free glass of wine/soft on arrival. No BYO.

From 5.30, join for a free tasting of the “New Wine” in tank from the 2025 vintage, and dine on delicious Japanese food from Canowindra’s own Koyama Kitchen (not included in ticket price.) Music from 7.30, with an intermission.

COWRA FESTIVAL OF INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING

The 2025 Cowra Festival of International Understanding where will celebrate guest nation, India! The Festival originated in the mid-1960s at a time when the town was coming to recognise the benefits of promoting understanding between nations.
