The money was raised through the sale of Daffy's Wise Words stubby holder merchandise.
Daffy's Wise Words is a social media page created by Ms Prescott chronicling the life of her late grandmother Daffy Cox.
Daffy passed away in September last year.
The page features humorous yet worldly advice videos starring the 95-year-old great-grandmother and has collected over 310,000 followers.
Ms Prescott expressed her admiration for CINC's role in the community, saying, "I've heard, over my 24 years of being in Cowra about the Neighbourhood Centre but I really didn't know how important you [CINC] guys are to the community".
Inspired by the centre's dedication to youth empowerment, Ms Prescott felt compelled to contribute.
"I don't know why but one day when I was trying to think of how or who i could give this money to, the Neighbourhood Centre just popped up," she said.
"The fact that this is everything that Nan would have wanted its like the icing on the cake."
Fran Stead, CEO of Cowra Information and Neighbourhood Center, expressed gratitude for the substantial donation.
"That is absolutely amazing," she said.
"It is just going to help so much, and with what we want to do, it just creates so much more space for us to do it."
Ms Stead outlined plans for utilising the funds to enhance the outside of the youth involvement program building, highlighting the importance of creating a welcoming and functional space for youth activities.
"We want to have shade sales because this concrete, as fantastic as it is, in summer, you can't be out here because it's too hot and because of the glares," she said.
"We're going to paint all the back of the garage and then we'll have blackboards.
"Also we will be able to put planter pots in so we can have veggies and different things, because CINC does cooking classes as well with the youth."
Ms Stead emphasised the programme's focus on providing valuable skills to local youth, ensuring inclusivity and a sense of importance for all participants.
"It's just trying to get kids back to basic and giving them skills, it's what we need," Ms Stead said
"We spoke to the kids and this is what they actually want."
"Everything is free so no one is excluded and everyone feels like every one of us is important."
With Ms Prescott's generosity and CINC's dedication, the Cowra community is set to provide meaningful opportunities for its youth, fostering growth, and connection for generations to come.
