While it is beautiful by day, locals will now have the opportunity to experience the magic of Lot 31 at The Mill at night when the restaurant opens for dinner on April 20.

The restaurant, which has recently taken home the Good Food Guide People's Choice Award for the Central region, will now be open Wednesday to Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The team are also excited to bring you a new look breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, which will feature the best local produce Cowra has to offer, including Wagyu beef , slow cooked lamb and twice cooked pork belly.
Chef Richard Morgan said the lunch menu will be the major change.
"We want to stay in the restaurant category," he said.
"We will go from a cafe type menu to a restaurant menu."
As always, Lot 31 at The Mill will be open for wine tasting and there will be all new seating in the restaurant.
As of April 20, Lot 31 at The Mill will be open Wednesday to Friday from 10am-2pm and then 6pm till late.
On Saturday, Lot 31 at The Mill will be open from 9.30am-2pm and then 6pm till late.
On Sunday it will be open from 12pm till 2pm and then 6pm till 8pm.
