Tyrepower Cowra will celebrate its grand opening on August 10, kicking off at 11am at 15 Kollas Drive, Cowra.

The community is invited to bring friends and family for a day full of excitement and fun, featuring special guest Repco Supercar's Championship driver Jack Le Brocq.

Le Brocq's path to Supercars started in karting and Formula Vee; he then won the Australian Formula Ford Championship in 2012. A member of the FIA Institute's Young Driver Academy that year, Le Brocq also caught the attention of Supercars team owner Betty Klimenko.

He joined the Erebus Academy in 2013, racing in Formula 3 and the Australian GT Championship before finishing third in the Bathurst 12 Hour in '14 with Will Davison and Greg Crick.

Kate Tidswell, Cowra Tyrepower manager, shared some highlights that the event will feature, "from 11am till 2pm, we're having jumping castles, sausage sizzles, and Jack Le Brocq will be our celebrity guest".

"There will be heaps of giveaways, including a free set of tyres from Continental, up to the value of whatever the winner needs," she said.

The grand opening will also feature live broadcasting, face painting, and cash giveaways.

Ms Tidswell added, "Cowra will benefit from a Tyrepower store for our good prices, friendly staff, and expert service".
